WAZIRI MKUU AZITAKA TAASISI ZA MAAFA KUWAJIBIKA KIKAMILIFU

 


Waziri Mkuu wa Jamuhuri ya Muungano wa Tanzania,Kassim Majaliwa amezitaka sekta zote zinazohusika na utekelezaji wa shughuli za usimamizi wa maafa, idara au taasisi zenye jukumu la kisheria la kutekeleza kazi hiyo zihakikishe zinawajibika kikamilifu katika kushughulikia vizuri pindi maafa yanapotokea.

Amesema pamoja na uwepo wa sera na sheria ya usimamizi wa maafa na nyaraka alizozindua ambazo zimelenga kuimarisha mifumo ya uwajibikaji kwa kila sekta, ushirikiano unahitajika katika kutekeleza afua za ustahimilivu na kukabiliana na maafa.

Ameyasema hayo (Alhamisi, Februari 9, 2023) wakati akizindua nyaraka za usimamizi wa maafa katika Ukumbi wa Hazina Jijini Dodoma. Nyaraka zilizozinduliwa ni Mpango wa Taifa wa Kujiandaa na kukabiliana na Maafa (2022).

Nyaraka nyingine ni Mkakati wa Taifa wa Mawasiliano Wakati wa Maafa (2022), Mpango Mkakati wa Taifa wa Afya Moja (2022-2027), Mkakati wa Taifa wa Usimamizi wa Maafa (2022-2027) na Mwongozo wa Taifa wa Kupambana na Vitendo vya Kihalifu katika Bahari na Maziwa Makuu (2022).

Amesema miongozo na mipango hiyo ya usimamizi wa maafa inatoa jukumu kwa wizara, Serikali za Mitaa, hivyo taasisi pamoja na wadau wengine kuandaa mipango kazi na taratibu za usimamizi wa maafa pamoja na namna ya kushughulikia dharura pindi inapojitokeza.

Waziri Mkuu amesema nchi bado inao uwezo wa kudhibiti majanga yanayosababishwa na shughuli za kibinadamu, hivyo wahusika wawajibike katika kuelimisha umma wa Watanzania namna ya kukabiliana na majanga na kusimamia kikamilifu utekelezaji wa nyaraka hizo.

“Nitoe rai kwa Watanzania wenzangu, tuwe sehemu ya watendaji wakati wa dharura zinapojitokeza badala ya kusubiri tuanze kulaumu. Wale wenye nguvu na uwezo wa kusaidia wajitokeze kuunga mkono jitihada za Serikali badala ya kuwa watazamaji mfano ilipotokea ajali ya ndege wananchi walijitokezakusaidia.”

Waziri Mkuu ametumia fursa hiyo kuwahakikishia wananchi kuwa Serikali kwa upande wake itaendelea kuimarisha mbinu na mikakati ya makusudi ya udhibiti wa athari zitokanazo na maafa pamoja na usimamizi wa utekelezaji wa sera, sharia na mikakati ya usimamizi wa maafa.

GET TO KNOW EXTENDED MARKERTING MIX

The extended marketing mix is, as the name suggests, an extension of the marketing mix which was traditionally for products. The 4P’s are also known as product marketing mix. As services came more into the picture it was seen that the 4p’s could not justify the marketing mix. There were 3 more elements which were necessary to actually explain the marketing of services.
