TASAF KUWANUFAISHA WANAFUNZI WANAOTOKA FAMILIA DUNI.

 



Serikali ya Jamuhuri ya Muungano wa Tanzania Katika Mwaka wa Fedha 2022/2023,Inatarajia Kuanzisha Program Maalumu ya Kusaidia watoto wanaotoka Katika Familia maskini Ili Kukabiliana na Utoro unaopelekea Watoto kuacha shule.


Tamko hilo limetolewa leo na Waziri wa Fedha na Mipango Dk.Mwigulu Lameck Nchemba,Wakati Wa Kuwasilisha bajeti Kuu ya Serikali kwa Mwaka wa Fedha 2022/23,Mapema leo Juni 14,2022 Bungeni Dodoma.


Dr.Mwigulu Ameeleza kuwa Serikali imefikia Uamizi huo kufuatua watoto Wengi kukatisha Masomo Yao kutokana na Sababu Mbalimbali ikiwemo umasikini wa Kipato.


Hivyo serikali Kupitia mfuko wa kunusuru kaya maskini TASAF,Imekusudia Kuanzisha Dirisha mahususi (Special Fund) Kwaajiri ya kuwahudumia Watoto wanaotoka kaya maskini Ili kuwawezesha kuhudhuria masomo, Serikali imeonesha nia hiyo kwa kutenga kiasi Cha Tsh.Bilioni 8 Kwaajiri ya Watoto wanaotoka Familia maskini Katika Mwaka huu wa Fedha.


"Ili kukabiliana na 

utoro (drop out) wa wanafunzi wanaotoka 

familia maskini, 

bado tuna watoto 

wanaoshindwa kumudu mahitaji ya lazima licha 

ya kuwepo kwa programu ya elimu bila malipo na 

hivyo wanasaidiwa na wabunge, madiwani na 

wengine kuchangiwa na wasamaria wema."

Serikali Imewasilisha Bajeti ya Makadilio  ya mapato na matumizi kwa Mwaka wa Fedha 2022/23 ya Jumla ya Tsh.Trilioni 41.48,Ambapo trilioni 26.48 Kwaajiri ya matumizi ya kawaida sawa na asilimia 63.8 ya Bajeti  Yote,Trilioni 15.0 Kwaajiri ya maendeleo Sawa  na asilimia 36.2 ya Bajeti Yote kwa mwaka huu wa Fedha 2022/23.
