Mkuu wa Magereza Mkoa wa Kigoma SACP Chacha Bina(wa pili julia) akiwa na Wakuu wa Magereza yaliyopo Mkoa wa Kigoma  Wakimsikiliza Sgt Raymond ( mwenye koti la bluu)mgunduzi wa Mashine ya kubangua chikichi (Mise). PICHA na Ofisi ya mkuu wa Magereza Mkoa Kigoma.

Katika Hali ya kutia Moyo na kuhamasisha ubunifu ndani ya Jeshi la Magereza Askari no B.3527 Sgt Reymond  Wilson  wa Gereza Bangwe Mkoani kigoma, Amebuni Mashine ya kubangua Mbegu za chikichi(Mise)


Akizungumza Mbele ya Mkuu Wa Magereza Mkoa Wa Kigoma SACP Chacha Bina, Sgt Raymond anasema Amebuni Mashine hiyo Kwa kuunganisha Injini ya pikipiki Kama chanzo Cha Nguvu ya kuendesha Mashine hiyo kwa kuiboresha Injini hiyo na kuongeza ubunifu wake binafsi.


Sgt Raymond anaeleza Kuwa Alipata wazo Hilo baada ya kufanya utafiti na Kugundua Kuwa maeneo Mengi ya mkoa Wa Kigoma Ambako wakulima Wa zao la chikichi wapo hakuna nishati ya uhakika ya umeme, Hivyo kwa akabuni Mashine hii ikiwa Ni mbadala wa Mashine zinazo endeshwa kwa nishati ya umeme itakayo wawezesha wakulima Kubangua Mise Yao kwa Urahisi.


Kwa Upande Mwingine Mkuu wa Wa Magereza Mkoa Wa Kigoma SACP Chacha Bina Amempongeza Sgt .Raymond kwa ubunifu huo Kwani Ni Jambo linalotia Moyo, Na Jambo Hilo nilakuigwa  na kila Askari ili kuleta tija ndani ya Jeshi.Pia Amewataka Askari wote kuwa Wabunifu Mahali pao pa KAZI Ili kuleta tija ndani ya Jeshi kwa kuzingatia taaluma Mbali mbali walizo somea.



Akielezea Malengo ya yake Sgt Raymond anasema anatazamia hivi karibuni kuanza Kubuni na kuunda Mashine i mbalimbali Kama Mashine ya kukamua Mafuta ya chikichi (Mise),   kusambaza mbolea mashambani, kupukuchua mahindi , kuchakata chakula Cha mifugo na hii Yote itawezekana ikiwa atawezeshwa.


Aidha ameongeza Kuwa zipo changamoto kadhaa zinazo mkabili  wakati akitekeleza ubunifu huo,Kuwa Ni Pamoja na Upatikanaji Wa Vifaa kwani Vifaa anavyo tumia Ni duni, Pamoja na Rasirimali Fedha. Hivyo ametoa wito  wa kuwezeshwa kukabiliana na changamoto Hizo ili aweze kubuni Mashine mzuri na Zenye ufanisi.
